Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and support evening shift staff
- Pass medications safely and accurately per policy
- Provide quality resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
- Ensure all-evening shift duties are completed
- Promote a safe, positive, and professional environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in assisted living, RCAC, CBRF, or related setting preferred
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
